30 days to better mental health through the holidays #dadennial

I wanted to share some things that don’t seem to relate or not sure how this helps adults. Parents or not. Just exploring for 5 minutes a day to see where your brain is and how you are. 1-10 how are you feeling right. Ow is the first question. The. Ask yourself on each sense what do you see, hear, touch as examples. Hears day 1 of this #dadennial blog to see what I mean. I hope that you leave me some feedback on what your session is like. As a mental health therapist I see this help a lot in awareness of self.

Day 1. Todays is why did it take so long for us to put wheels on suitcases? The dad and family picture in my 44 year old mind with all these suitcases he’s trying to carry. Or kids fumble with shutting that bag and the drag it behind them with 2 hands cause of the extra clothes in it ready for anything on this trip weather wise. Then As I stare at a piece of luggage 20 plus years old it still is good cause it has wheels. I am Old enough to remember the change from no wheels in those visuals I have. I recall clearing out all the old luggage in my grandparents house once , not a wheel in one of them..

We had them on cars for 60 plus years till we figured out . Oh shit! Suitcases! Why not wheels. But the first ones remember had only 2? Why are we half assing our wheels. Then 4, bend 4 for 30 years. I think it's time for the next generation. Talking 12 wheels! All sides so wherever my kids knock it down it still rides smooth.
