A new Era in parenting and fatherhood.

What Is DADennial?

A New Era of Fatherhood. Real Talk. Real Tools.

DADennial is more than a brand—it’s a movement. A space created by therapist and father Michael Trenk, LCMHC, to redefine what it means to be a modern dad.

We explore fatherhood, mental health, identity, ADHD, and emotional growth through real stories, short-form videos, coaching, and conversations that don’t shy away from the hard stuff.

I started DADennial because I saw what was missing.

Years ago, I was turned away from a local moms’ group—told I couldn’t bring my son to the playground because I was a dad. That day stuck with me. My wife, Holly, simply said, “Start your own group.” And that moment sparked what would become DADennial.

This isn’t just a content platform. It’s a support system for fathers who want to grow—not just go through it.
